Blueberry Blondies

These delicious blueberry blondies are chewy, sweet, and bursting with fresh blueberries. A perfect treat for any occasion!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftover blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
