Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in cold milk until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These biscuits are best served warm. You can also add a glaze or sprinkle of sugar for extra sweetness.
