Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well blended. Stir in the beaten eggs and vanilla extract.
Mash the bananas and add them to the wet mixture, stirring well.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
