Berry Crisp Recipe

A delicious and easy berry crisp recipe, perfect for a summer dessert. This recipe uses a mix of berries and a buttery oat topping.

  • 4 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the berries, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berry mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
