Preparation Steps
Stir-fry beef in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
