  • 1 lb Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparation Steps

  • Stir-fry beef in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour over beef and vegetables; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
