  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Sliced Bell Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Soy Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Cook brown rice according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve beef mixture over rice.

Notes
