Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
Add the cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, chopped eggs, and dill to the bowl.
Gently stir to combine, being careful not to mash the potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
