Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic. Pulse until the mixture is well chopped.
Add Parmesan cheese and blend while slowly pouring in olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and blend until smooth.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
