  • Prepare the cake mix as per the package instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly, then use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes across the entire top of the cake.
  • Layer the sliced bananas over the cake, making sure they fill the poked holes.
  • Pour the warmed chocolate fudge topping evenly over the cake.

Notes

You can top the cake with whipped cream and nuts for extra flavor.
