Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
