Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and core the pears, leaving about 1/2 inch at the bottom intact.
Place pears in a baking dish.
Drizzle honey over pears and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until pears are tender.
