Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe
A delicious and easy baked chicken cordon bleu recipe. Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese, baked to perfection.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly the chicken breasts and flatten slightly.
Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
Fold the chicken breasts over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
