Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

A delicious and easy baked chicken cordon bleu recipe. Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese, baked to perfection.

  • 4 pounds Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 8 slices Ham Thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Butterfly the chicken breasts and flatten slightly.
  • Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  • Fold the chicken breasts over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  • Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
