Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and Baileys Irish Cream until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
