Baileys Fudge Recipe

This recipe creates a rich and decadent Baileys fudge, perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and requires minimal ingredients.

  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 0.5 cup Butter unsalted

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and Baileys Irish Cream until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
