Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract and Baileys. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour batter over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of granulated sugar. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
