Bacon Crackers

Crispy bacon crackers, perfect as a snack or appetizer. Easy to make with simple ingredients.

  • 4 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in water until dough comes together. Add crumbled bacon.
  • Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
