Bacon Cheese Egg Bites

Delicious and easy-to-make bacon cheese egg bites, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

  • 6 large eggs eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  • Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

These egg bites can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick breakfast.
