Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Divide the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in each muffin cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool slightly in the muffin tin before removing. Serve warm.
