Artichoke Jalapeño Dip

This creamy, zesty Artichoke Jalapeño Dip is perfect for a party or a simple snack. Enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

  • 1.5 cups canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup diced jalapeños fresh or pickled

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and diced jalapeños. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
