  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Mix in milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes throughout the cake.
  • Pour apple pie filling over the cake, ensuring it fills the poked holes.
  • Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Let cool before serving. Top with whipped cream and serve.
