Apple Brie Stuffed Chicken

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, Brie cheese, and walnuts (if using).
Carefully slice a pocket into the thickest side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Season the chicken breasts inside and out with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the apple and Brie mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad or your favorite roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
