Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, marshmallows, and shredded coconut.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek Yogurt and cream of coconut.
Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and marshmallows. Gently mix to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
