Almond Toffee Bars

Delicious almond toffee bars with a buttery base, topped with crunchy almonds and sweet toffee.

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups sliced almonds toasted
  • 0.75 cup toffee bits

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
  • Press the crumbly mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Sprinkle vanilla extract, almonds, and toffee bits over the crust.
  • Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

Ensure almonds are spread evenly for a uniform crunch on each bar.
