Almond Croissant Bites

These delightful almond croissant bites are perfect for a sweet treat. Flaky, buttery croissants are topped with crunchy almonds and a touch of sweetness.

  • 1 package Refrigerated croissants 8 count
  • 0.5 cup Sliced almonds
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Melted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut each croissant into 4 or 6 pieces. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine sliced almonds, sugar and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle almond mixture evenly over the croissant pieces.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites are best served fresh from the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
