Almond Cake

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and almond extract.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the melted butter.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
