  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes Cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
