Preparation Steps
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Halve banana peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
Toss peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy and slightly charred, flipping halfway through.
