Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs

Crispy, golden apple pie bombs made easy with an air fryer! Sweet and flaky pastry filled with warm cinnamon apples.

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts or make your own from scratch
  • 3 medium apples peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
  • Unroll pie crusts and cut into 6 squares. Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
  • Brush edges of pastry with melted butter. Fold each square into a triangle, pressing edges to seal.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and heated through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These apple pie bombs are best served warm. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
