Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs
Crispy, golden apple pie bombs made easy with an air fryer! Sweet and flaky pastry filled with warm cinnamon apples.

or make your own from scratch

peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)

brown sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

tablespoon
butter
melted
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
Unroll pie crusts and cut into 6 squares. Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
Brush edges of pastry with melted butter. Fold each square into a triangle, pressing edges to seal.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and heated through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These apple pie bombs are best served warm. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
