- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and M&M candies over the condensed milk layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
