Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
Fold in half of the sprinkles. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
Top with remaining sprinkles and bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven, or until edges are golden.
Notes
These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
